Shipping Policy

Shipping Within Canada

We ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD to anywhere in Canada.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Limitation of Liability

OptimalGen.Com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once the package has been shipped and is in the possession of the selected postal service.

Once we have shipped your order and provided you with tracking information, any issues including but not limited to delayed delivery, lost packages, damaged items during transit, or incorrect delivery addresses become the responsibility of the customer and the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing your order
  • Monitor your tracking information regularly
  • Contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. OptimalGen.Com cannot be held responsible for issues that occur after the package leaves our facility.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if you are concerned about potential loss or damage during transit.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. OptimalGen.Com is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address if the package has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, you must contact the carrier directly.
